The Stan's Race Day Tubeless Sealant is a high-crystal-concentration tubeless tire sealant developed in collaboration with world-class athletes and their mechanics, targeted at riders preparing for race day or long-distance events. Built on the same proprietary liquid base as Stan's Original Tubeless Sealant, the Race Day formula increases sealing crystal content by 200% and adds XL-sized crystals capable of repairing larger punctures than the standard formula. The sealant must be installed by pouring directly into the tire over the bead — it is not compatible with valve-core injection or syringe-style installation tools. Stan's recommends visually inspecting sealant levels every 2–3 weeks to monitor liquid volume, as the Race Day formula has a faster dry-out rate than the Original. One liter seals up to 16 tires, with per-tire volume requirements varying by tire size — consult Stan's sealant volume charts for tire-specific guidance.
