Built on the same proprietary liquid base as Stan's Original Tubeless Sealant, the Race Day formula increases sealing crystal content by 200% and adds XL-sized crystals capable of repairing larger punctures than the standard formula. The sealant must be installed by pouring directly into the tire over the bead — it is not compatible with valve-core injection or syringe-style installation tools. Stan's recommends visually inspecting sealant levels every 2–3 weeks to monitor liquid volume, as the Race Day formula has a faster dry-out rate than the Original.
